Use the email address associated with your FlexyStaffy account. If an email code is offered, enter the latest code and check your spam folder before requesting another.
Clerk manages your account sign-in and any factors already enrolled on your account. An authenticator prompt can also appear for workers or employers who enrolled in MFA; it does not change your account role. Administrator access always requires authenticator-app verification.
Never share a password, verification code or recovery code. If you cannot recover access, contact FlexyStaffy support. Support will not ask you to send those codes.
