FlexyStaffy is being built to make it easier for local workers to discover flexible shifts and for businesses to connect with people who want to work.
Starting with a Pittsburgh-area pilot, our goal is a straightforward experience from job discovery through applications, offers and confirmed shifts.
Built for both sides
Workers can manage their profiles, find shifts, save opportunities and respond to job offers. Businesses can publish openings, review applicants, and manage their hiring activity.
Employers pay workers directly. FlexyStaffy does not process wages or payroll.
